We're committed to providing you with an exceptional experience, and this guarantee is our way of standing by that promise. It gives you plenty of time to try our services and see for yourself why so many customers trust us.
Because our services are contract-free, requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process.
Terms and Conditions
- All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your service activation date.
- Duplication and/or Suspected Fraud. We reserve the right to refuse activation or suspend services or withdraw credits to a customer creating multiple accounts. Customer name, service address and other personal information may be used to link fraudulent accounts.
- Note that, as per usual, all equipment return costs are on us and refunds are issued only following the equipment's reception. In the event of equipment not being sent back, fees will be charged. Accounts with an unpaid balance cannot benefit from this policy and only one refund is allowed per client.
