Requesting Paper Bills

At Cogeco, we understand that sometimes you need a physical copy of your monthly bill. Any customer can request to receive their invoices by mail.

Here's how to get started:

  • Contact us: Reach out to our Customer Care team through Live Chat or SMS.
  • Make your request: Let us know you'd like to receive your monthly bills via paper mail.
  • Confirm your details: Be ready to confirm your current mailing address with our agent.

Important Information About Your Bill

As a customer, it's your responsibility to ensure timely payment. You have a 21-day payment period to pay your bill. While we'll mail your invoice, please remember that Cogeco isn't responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Consecutive late payments can result in the suspension of your internet service.

Will My Bill Still Be Available Online?

Yes! We're committed to reducing our environmental impact and mailing costs, which is why we offer e-billing. When you opt in for paper bills, your monthly invoices will still be available online.

You can easily access all your past and current invoices by logging into your Client Portal and navigating to the Billing tab. We will also continue to send you an email reminder each month when your bill is ready. Just be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
