Can I still get Cogeco services if I don’t have a credit card?

We understand that having a credit card might not always be possible. However, to ensure our equipment is returned at the end of a subscription, a valid credit card must be linked to your account as per our Terms and Conditions.


This means you need a credit card to sign up for our services. Once you've made your first payment and created your account, you can then switch to another payment method for your monthly bills.


Your first payment will be made by credit card when you sign up for your services online. This amount will be applied as a credit to your first invoice, which is generated on your activation day.
