# Does Cogeco Block IPTVs?

# **You've paid for an IPTV (Internet TV service), and it's not working when connected to your network?**

|| **An IPTV can either be an app or a box allowing you to watch TV shows using an internet connection.**

**Cogeco does not block in any way the use of IPTV, but it's impossible to guarantee that your IPTV service will work on our network.

In reality, if your IPTV refuses to connect, the first thing to do should be to contact their technical support so that they can help you with its connection.
