How do I cancel my internet services with Cogeco?

If you've made up your mind, you can cancel your services in one of two ways:
- Client Portal: Log in to your Client Portal, go to the My Bundles tab, and click Cancel my service under the Package Summary. Follow the on-screen instructions to self-serve cancel your account.
- Contact Us: You can also contact our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Your Cogeco account number
- The full name on the account
- Your desired cancellation date
- The reason for your cancellation
Our agent may send a PIN to verify your identity before processing and confirming the cancellation with you.
What do I do with my equipment?
All Cogeco equipment must be returned. On your disconnection date, we will email you with detailed return instructions. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can drop off your equipment at a Canada Post office.
It is not possible to physically bring us the devices. Also, ensure you don't send packages to the address that appears on your invoice.
Will I get a refund for unused days on my billing cycle?
Of course! Once we receive your equipment, our finance department will process a prorated refund for any unused days in your billing cycle. This refund will be issued to your payment method on file within 7-10 business days.
