How to find your next bill date.

Note: If you have an 11-digit Cogeco account number starting with a 5 or 6, you'll use My Account to manage your services. Get support content for using My Account. If you have a different account number, you'll use the Client Portal steps covered in this article.


Finding your next bill date is easy. You can find all of your billing information in your Cogeco Client Portal.



  1. The first step is to log in to your Cogeco Client Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Billing section on the left-hand side menu. This section is located in the main dashboard on left-hand side of the navigation menu.
  3. Your next bill due date will be displayed in the "Billing" section of your Cogeco Client Portal. Click on it to access your billing information. Your next bill's due date will be clearly displayed there.


Your invoice is generated on the same day each month, based on your initial service activation date. This makes it easy to keep track of when to expect your next bill. It's always a good idea to review your billing statement each month. By staying on top of your bills, you can make sure that you're always paying on time and avoiding any unwanted surprises.
