# How we use Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your account.

### To keep your information safe, we use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all account-related communications with our customer service team.

In addition to your password, you'll be asked for a second piece of information, such as a one-time code sent to your email or phone. This extra step helps ensure that only you can access and make changes to your account.**
