I would like to pay my balance. How can I do that?
Note: If you have a 5-digit Cogeco account number, you will continue to use this article. If you have a 11-digit Cogeco account number starting with a 5 or 6, you'll use My Account to manage your services. Get support content for using My Account.

Here's how you can easily pay your outstanding balance:
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Once logged in, you should see the option to Pay Balance Due right on the main dashboard.
- Click that button to complete your payment.
Alternatively, you can go to the Billing tab and click on the Pay Balance Due option there.
