# Where can I find my account number?

# **Looking for your Cogeco account number? Here's how to find it:**


Your account number is an essential identifier that helps us manage your services efficiently. You'll need it for things like:
* Verifying your identity when you contact us
* Making payments
* Managing your services

1. **Log in to My Account:** Go to[ ](https://www.cogeco.ca/en/myaccount)https://clientportal.express.cogeco.ca and log in with your credentials.
2. **View your dashboard:** Once logged in, you'll be on your account dashboard. Your account number is prominently displayed at the top of the page.

Your account number is a 10-digit number. 
*Now that you have your account number, you can use it for things like verifying your account when talking to Customer Care Team, and more.*
