Note: If you have a 5-digit Cogeco account number, you will continue to use this article. If you have a 11-digit Cogeco account number starting with a 5 or 6, you'll use My Account to manage your services. Get support content for using My Account.
How do I install my internet ?
Ready to get connected? It's simple! Just follow these easy steps to install your modem and router.
- If a technician’s visit at your residence is necessary (for cable installation and signal verification), you must wait at least an hour after their departure to plug in your Cogeco equipment.
- If your service is being activated remotely (without a technician visit), wait for our confirmation email that says your service is active. Once you get it, you're good to go!
