Note: If you have a 5-digit Cogeco account number, you will continue to use this article. If you have a 11-digit Cogeco account number starting with a 5 or 6, you'll use My Account to manage your services. Get support content for using My Account.

How do I install my internet ?

Ready to get connected? It's simple! Just follow these easy steps to install your modem and router.

Before you start, a quick heads-up:

If a technician’s visit at your residence is necessary (for cable installation and signal verification), you must wait at least an hour after their departure to plug in your Cogeco equipment.
If your service is being activated remotely (without a technician visit), wait for our confirmation email that says your service is active. Once you get it, you're good to go!
