How to manage my Client Portal password.

Note: If you have an 11-digit Cogeco account number starting with a 5 or 6, you'll use My Account to manage your services. Get support content for using My Account. If you have a different account number, you'll use the Client Portal steps covered in this article.


Here's how you can manage your Cogeco Client Portal password:


Resetting Your Password


If you've forgotten your password or just want to change it, simply follow these steps:


  1. Go to the Client Portal login page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot your username or password?" link below the login button.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Cogeco account and follow the on-screen instructions.


We'll send a verification code to your email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive it within 10 minutes.



Changing Your Email Address


If you'd like to use a new email address for your account, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to help you update your information. We'll then send a new Client Portal activation link to your updated email address to confirm the change.
