I can’t log in to my Cogeco Client Portal.

Note: If you have an 11-digit Cogeco account number starting with a 5 or 6, you'll use My Account to manage your services. Get support content for using My Account. If you have a different account number, you'll use the Client Portal steps covered in this article.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into your Cogeco Client Portal. Let's get that sorted out.



If you recently signed up for a new package, we sent an email with an access link to the address you provided. This link will allow you to access your Client Portal and set up your login credentials. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as the email can sometimes end up there.
