When will I get my activation date?

After you complete your order, we'll send you an automated email and/or SMS to confirm your activation date or a technician appointment. This confirmation usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days.
If you're still within this timeframe, we ask for your patience. We're working hard to get everything set up for you.
If you have waited more than 5 business days and still haven't received an activation date, please contact our customer service team. We'll look into your order and find out what's causing the delay. You can reach out to us on our website.
