Services are billed in advance every month. All indicated fees must be paid upon receiving your invoice using a credit card methods.

Navigate to the Billing section on the left-hand side menu. This section is located in the main dashboard on left-hand side of the navigation menu.

We understand that having a credit card might not always be possible. However, to ensure our equipment is returned at the end of a subscription, a valid credit card must be linked to your account as per our Terms and Conditions.

From the menu on the left, click on Billing.
Select Payment Method.
At the bottom right of the page, click on Add a New Credit Card.

The easiest way to resolve an overdue payment is to pay the balance through your Client Portal.
